Door to Door Trips will pick you up at your Home, Hotel, Airport or Cruise Port and take you anywhere you want to go. The times published on our website are approximate departure times from the city and will be verified by telephone by our Dispatch Department the night before your trip. This service is perfect for those who do not have the means to get to one of our station locations. This is a shared shuttle which means there will be multiple stops for both departures and arrivals.

Once reservations closes the day before your scheduled trip, our Dispatch Department will map out the route for the following day and call each passenger directly to confirm their pick up time. The times published on our website are approximate pick up times and can vary. However, the arrival time is generally an accurate estimate but can vary depending on how many drop off requests there are. Please plan accordingly!

Door to Door trips offer comfortable seating, snacks and soft drinks and a movie on-board is shown with our compliments!

BRADENTON

The Florida Express does not offer door to door service in Bradenton. All service is through our station.

COCOA BEACH

The Florida Express offers full door to door service in Cocoa Beach that includes pick up and drop off at private homes, hotels, the Airport and Port Canaveral. When making a reservation, you will be asked where you want to be picked up or dropped off. Please provide the full and complete address including Hotel Name or Property Name if it is an apartment complex. If you are being picked up at the Airport or Cruise Terminal, we do not need the physical address, just your airline or cruise ship information.

 

DAYTONA BEACH

The Florida Express offers two options in Daytona Beach.

 

You can be picked up or dropped off at our Station Location which is located at 665 Beville Road in Daytona Beach, FL 32119.

 

We also offer full door to door service in Daytona Beach City Limits ONLY that includes pick up and drop off at private homes, hotels and the Airport. When making a reservation, you will be asked where you want to be picked up or dropped off. Please provide the full and complete address including Hotel Name or Property Name if it is an apartment complex. If you are being picked up at the Airport, we do not need the physical address, just your airline information.

 

FORT LAUDERDALE

The Florida Express offers two options in Fort Lauderdale:

 

You can be picked up or dropped off at our Station Location which is located at Fort Lauderdale Intl. Airport Ground Transportation & Baggage Claim Level, between Terminals 2 and 3. Follow the Grey Signs that say “Prearranged Shuttles”

 

The Florida Express offers full door to door service in the City Limits of Fort Lauderdale that includes pick up and drop off at private homes, hotels, the Airport and Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. When making a reservation, you will be asked where you want to be picked up or dropped off. Please provide the full and complete address including Hotel Name or Property Name if it is an apartment complex. If you are being picked up at the Airport or Cruise Terminal, we do not need the physical address, just your airline or cruise ship information.

 

The Florida Express offers pick up and drop off service in Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. We will ask for your Cruise Line and Cruise Ship Name when making a reservation. FORT MYERS

The Florida Express does not offer door to door service in Fort Myers. All service is through our station.

GAINESVILLE

The Florida Express does not offer door to door service in Gainesville. All service is through our station.

Our station is located at Rawlings Hall / University of Florida at Newell Drive and McCarty in Gainesville, FL 32611

 

JACKSONVILLE

The Florida Express does not offer door to door service in Jacksonville. All service is through our station.

Our station is located at Jacksonville Intl. Airport on the lower level at the far north end of the terminal, outside baggage claim area A by carousel 1.

 

MELBOURNE

The Florida Express offers full door to door service in Melbourne & Melbourne Beach that includes pick up and drop off at private homes, hotels and the Airport. When making a reservation, you will be asked where you want to be picked up or dropped off. Please provide the full and complete address including Hotel Name or Property Name if it is an apartment complex. If you are being picked up at the Airport, we do not need the physical address, just your airline information.

 

MIAMI

The Florida Express offers two options in Miami & Miami Beach:

 

You can be picked up or dropped off at one of our Station Locations which is located at Miami International Airport at the Ground Transportation Center & Baggage Claim Level, outside of Terminal E.  We also offer other conveniently located station locations throughout Miami. Please use the drop down menus to choose your desired location.

 

The Florida Express offers full door to door service in the City Limits of Miami & Miami Beach that includes pick up and drop off at private homes, hotels, the Airport and Port of Miami Cruise Terminal. When making a reservation, you will be asked where you want to be picked up or dropped off. If you are being picked up at the Airport or Cruise Terminal, we do not need the physical address, just your airline or cruise ship information. Please note that we do not offer pick up or drop off service South of Kendall Drive (SW 88^th Street) or West of SW 117^th Avenue.

NAPLES

The Florida Express does not offer door to door service in Naples. All service is through our station.

Our station is located at McDonalds at 6065 Pine Ridge Rd in Naples, FL 34119 off of I-75 Exit #107

 

ORLANDO

The Florida Express offers two options in Orlando.

 

You can be picked up or dropped off at our Station Location which is located at 5495 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (Highway 192) in Kissimmee, FL 34746 or at the Orlando International Airport – Ground Transportation Level – Gate A15 which is one level down from Baggage Claim on the A Side of the Terminal.

 

We also offer full door to door service in Orlando. The area that is included are Celebration, Doctor Phillips, Hunters Creek, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista and anywhere inside the City Limits of Orlando that includes pick up and drop off at private homes, hotels and the Airport. When making a reservation, you will be asked where you want to be picked up or dropped off. Please provide the full and complete address including Hotel Name or Property Name if it is an apartment complex. If you are being picked up at the Airport, we do not need the physical address, just your airline information.

 

In addition to our regular door to door service areas, we also offer additional door to door service to Altamonte Springs, Champions Gate, Davenport, Narcoossee, Poinciana, Reunion, Saint Cloud, Windermere and Winter Park. To be picked up at ANY of these locations, you will need to make your reservation by telephone. The door to door pick up and drop off fee will vary depending on your location.

 

PALM BAY

The Florida Express offers full door to door service in Palm Bay that includes pick up and drop off at private homes and hotels. When making a reservation, you will be asked where you want to be picked up or dropped off. PORT CANAVERAL

The Florida Express offers pick up and drop off service in Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal. We will ask for your Cruise Line and Cruise Ship Name when making a reservation. SARASOTA

The Florida Express does not offer door to door service in Sarasota. All service is through our station.

The Florida Express does not offer door to door service in Tampa. All service is through our station.

You can be picked up or dropped off at our Station Location which is located right on the Florida Turnpike at the Service Plaza which is at Mile Marker #94. It is south of Southern Boulevard and north of Lake Worth Road. We also have a station location at the West Palm Beach Airport.

 

The Florida Express offers full door to door service in the City Limits of West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lantana, Lake Worth and Century Village that includes pick up and drop off at private homes, hotels and the Airport.
