The Florida Express Bus encourages our passengers to book up to 1 year in advance for the best availability and prices. No surprises or hidden charges – the fare you see in our reservations system is the lowest possible fare offered.

  • Sometimes getting to a station location may be a challenge, so we offer Door Pick Up and Door Drop Off service on some of our trips and those are options we offer as an alternative to our Station Locations. For an additional fee, we will pick you up and/or drop you off at your Home or Hotel. The additional fee ranges between $15 and $25 per person depending on your location. Our reservations system automatically calculates the fare based on your zip code. If your zip code is not a part of our service area, you will receive a message indicating such. If this service is available on your trip, you will see that while making your reservation. It is not available on all trips.

  • The Florida Express Bus offers discounted rates for groups that desire to travel in a private shuttle. The best benefit besides lower fares per person are the fact that YOU determine the pick up time, pick up location and drop off location. Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

In order to keep our fares as low as possible, we have a very strict no refund policy on all tickets. In order to be 100% fair and unbiased, this policy is extended to ALL passengers without any exceptions whatsoever.

You can cancel your ticket, however, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will not be able to use your ticket to travel at another time.

No, once a ticket is purchased it is confirmed for the trip that appears on your Ticket & Confirmation only. No changes may be made.

While we are deeply sympathetic to emergency situations, our policy of No Refunds is extended to all passengers without exception.

While we are deeply sympathetic to emergency situations, our policy of No Changes is extended to all passengers without exception.

No Refunds or Compensation will be extended for late shuttles. We do not make any guarantee of on-time departures or arrivals. Delays Happen! We believe in blatant honesty and the fact of the matter is, we have absolutely no control over delays. We never intend to be late for a pick up. That said, we have a BETTER than 95% on-time departure record, however, when delays happen, they affect everyone. It is always our intent to have an on-time departure, but if your trip is delayed, please know that we are doing everything we can to look for alternative routes to get our shuttles back on track. Just like with the airlines, there are no refunds or compensation for delayed departures and arrivals.

If you miss the shuttle you booked for, you will be considered a "No-Show". You will not be eligible for a refund. We require all passengers to be at the station 20 minutes prior to departure. We require all passengers with a door pick up to confirm their trip the day before. You will need to rebook and pay for another ticket.
