This is the ONLY location you can buy your tickets in person and we accept cash ONLY at our Ticket Offices.

Advance Reservations Are Required! We do not accept passengers without advance prepaid reservations!
 
Customer Responsibility
All confirmed passengers are provided the Dispatch Telephone Number assigned to each trip. Please dial the Dispatch telephone number (Not Reservations) on your confirmation for information on pick up locations. All Trips MUST BE CONFIRMED the night before between 7PM and 9PM

Bus Station Pick Ups
You will need to be at the Bus Station 20 minutes prior to departure time. Please be sure that you obtain directions to the station location before departure time. As a reminder, shuttles will not wait for late passengers. If you miss your shuttle, you will be considered a "no-show" and will need to rebook for another shuttle at your own expense. Refunds are not given for "no-shows"

Door to Door Pick Ups
If you are traveling from a Door to Door pick up, you MUST contact Dispatch the night before your trip between 7PM and 9PM. If you are out of the country and not able to call, please call at your earliest convenience prior to your trip. If the dispatch desk does not receive a confirmation call from you, the driver will not be dispatched to pick you up and you will be considered a "no-show" and will need to rebook for another shuttle at your own expense. Refunds are not given for "no-shows"
